Celebrating our 481 Jakarta Anniversary

Dear Photographers,
We would like to invite you to participate in photo exhibition activity to celebrate the 481st JAKARTA ANNIVERSARY at Plaza Indonesia, Themed “Batavia tempoe doeloe and Jakarta masa kini”. Exhibition is scheduled from June 18th to July 18th, 2008.
The conditions are as follows:
1. The photo must exhibit as the Theme “Batavia Tempoe Doeloe” in black & white and “Jakarta masa kini” in color. You can use your existing photo collection or you can start hunting for new photoes as that reflect the above theme. You are free to be creative in your own way for example; regarding culture, people, daily life, object etc but must stick with the theme.

2. You are free to choose print paper type you like and before you print the photo, you must send us the photo that you will exhibit by email in resized doc (under 100kb per photo), you can send as many as you like. PT Plaza Indonesia TBK team will decide the final selection from the photo that you have emailed before you print. Please email your photo to sylfiwowor@plazaindonesia.com the latest by May 25th, 2008 and we will give you the confirmation which photos that you may exhibit by email on May 27th, 2008. The final chosen photo prints must be mailed (do not bring in person) to the address below and must received by us at the latest June 3rd, 2008. All photo prints must be mailed to :

Important Note:
- Each photo print must come with a white sticker label size 2.5 x 7.5 cm that contains ONLY: photo title and your contact number/ email. Do NOT stick the label on the photo prints, we will do the sticking on the glass frame.
- We will direct any interested party regarding your photo(es) to contact you directly.


3. The Photos print size is 12R or size in cm 25 x 30, we will do the framing, in black color duco finish from our vendor sources and each photographer should purchase the frame for Rp. 31.000,-each , and must transfer to our vendor account by May 30th, 2008. Please transfer the money directly to Tje tjin/ Susanto BCA Bank Ac no 473.017384, please put Rp.1 in the last digit of the amount, for example: “Budi, exhibit 5 photo approved by PI, he must pay Rp. 5 x Rp. 31.000 = Rp. 155.000, and the money will transfer at amount Rp. 155.001,- If the vendor does not receive payment by the above stipulated date (May 30th, 2008), the chosen photo prints will be disqualified.
Two days after the exhibition is over, you are required to come and collect your photo prints inclusive the frame at the same address as you delivered within 7 days, if not collected, the property will become Plaza Indonesia’s property.

4. On the 1st day of exhibition, you are required to come and see your own photo on display.
